She-Rock started in March 2019 as an opportunity to give back to local Women’s Veteran non-profit organizations, while also supporting the fine arts community. Featuring bands comprised of mixed genders, local artists and women-owned businesses, She-Rock is a celebration of the power we have as artists, and as people. Past Beneficiaries include Girls Rock Dallas , DMAC Denton's You Are Here Program, The Breast Bridge Network, Women Veterans of America - Denton, Denton County Friends of the Family Survivors Advocacy Team (SAT) program, and Chhaupadi Inc. .

Join Friends With Benefits for the 5th annual She-Rock to help raise crucial funds for two local area non-profit organizations! This two-day, three-stage, all female-led,100% for charity event will be held on March 1st & 2nd, 2024 in celebration of International Women's Day!
This 2-day extravaganza will be held at Rubber Gloves Rehearsal Studio and will feature local & regional female-led bands, artists, comedians, and more!
She-Rock 2024 beneficiaries:
Texas Equal Access Fund - TEA Fund Texas Equal Access Fund provides financial and emotional support to people who need help accessing out of state abortion services and reproductive health care resources in Texas. TEA Fund is Reproductive Access in Action.
Rockers 4 Knockers provides mental health services for people impacted by breast cancer.

The She-Rock Awards Ceremony will be held at Rubbergloves on Saturday, March 2nd. Doors at 1pm. The award ceremony will follow at 2pm. After the ceremony, we celebrate all the nominees with performances by amazing artists.
Two-day ticket holders, award ceremony ticket holders, sponsors, She-Rock performers, and award finalists in each category have entry into the awards ceremony.

She-Rock is all ages event - under 16 must have a guardian with them at all times. While this is an all ages event, programming is intended for mature audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.
Friends With Benefits (FWB) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to organize fun charity events which benefit local area nonprofit organizations. We have had the honor of serving our community since 2013, raising over $170,000 for local area non-profit organizations, and having a blast while doing it. We hope you will join us in March for one of our favorite events.
