At the heart of Friends With Benefits is a simple belief: our events exist to lift up other nonprofits.
Every concert, festival, fundraiser, quirky idea, and community gathering is created with one goal in mind—to help incredible organizations continue their missions and strengthen our community. We've had the privilege of supporting causes that span the arts, education, environmental conservation, social services, healthcare, advocacy, and so much more. Every beneficiary has a different mission, but they all share one thing in common: they're making Denton a better place.
While we're known for throwing unforgettable events, that's never been the point. The point is the impact those events create.
Together with our sponsors, volunteers, partners, and attendees, we've raised more than $200,000—and counting—for local nonprofits and community causes. But the number is only part of the story. Behind every dollar is a family served, a student inspired, a program expanded, a community strengthened, and a mission made possible.
Doing good for others is at our core. Whether we're producing one of our signature annual events or rallying around an unexpected community need, our purpose remains the same: to bring people together, have a whole lot of fun, and leave Denton better than we found it.
